The office and field crew at Battle River Plumbing and Heating was top-notch! They had our old hot water tank pulled out and the new one installed within hours of initial contact. A couple of weeks ago, on the coldest day of the season so far, the furnace stopped working. I quickly searched for local companies hoping someone could come out right away. The first place I called said they were booked for three days, or I could pay extra for after-hours service 7–10 hours later. When I called Battle River Plumbing and Heating, Scott answered and immediately said, “A house with no heat in this cold just moved to the top of our priority list.” He was at the house within 30 minutes. Scott took the time to fix the issue properly and ordered parts to help prevent it from happening again. Because of the great service, I also hired them to replace the hot water tank, which was on its last legs. Extremely friendly, professional, and kind service. They came out the same day I contacted them for an issue with my hot water tank. The explained in detail what needs to be done. They arrived early in the morning the very next day and replaced my hot water tank. They were very professional and everything was done seamlessly.
